«Our experience at this property was excellent. Both the interior and exterior of the rental was very clean and well maintained. Though the house is older, it has been renovated very nicely and met all of our needs. The neighborhood was very peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. «We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking.There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them.The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. «We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had 8 people and the house was perfectly sized, plenty of space for us all to share and move around. The neighborhood was meticulously groomed. Shops nearby, beaches, restaurants!!! With two little kids we had no issues. Host responded promptly with requests. Could have been prepared in advance to bring paper products and cleaning supply such as 409 but no bigger.»
