Spacious home with private salt water heated pool minutes to Beach !

This comfortable 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Pool (saltwater, Heated) home has all the amenities and special extras that will make your stay very comfortable. . Located in the desirable 'The Cove’ neighborhood less than 2 miles from Deerfield Beach, rated as one of the nation's cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches. One street over from upscale and excusive city of Lighthouse Point. The Cove Plaza is nearby with many conveniences including gourmet grocery stores a wide range of dining options, shops, salons, and more. This is a 4 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom single story house of approximately 2000 sq ft of under A/C living space, private and fenced backyard and pool (15 x 30ft)

The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - double sink, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster and all the other small appliances, utensils and cookware you will need. Any special requests for any specific small appliances can usually be met.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed, with en-suite bathroom (toilet, vanity and shower), and a good sized closet. In addition to the king sized bed, there is a large smart tv and desk or vanity area.
The remaining 3 bedrooms all have queen sized beds, large flat screen smart tv's and closets.

A second bathroom with bathtub / shower combination, vanity and toilet is located in the hallway.

The kitchen, living room, dining area and desk/study area are all open plan. The dining area seats 8. The living room has a flat screen smart tv, leather couch, and an accent chair. Comcast full cable package and Wi-Fi is included.

The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer. Full sized ironing board, iron and laundry supplies which should be enough for a week. Plenty of towels and extra linens will be available in the hallway closet. Supplies stocked are usually enough for a week stay: All purpose cleaner, dish washing detergent, kitchen trash bags, paper towels, napkins etc.

Mattresses are new and well protected with mattress encasement, pads and waterproof mattress protectors.

Expect landscapers and the pool guy to be working once a week. The private back yard has plenty of lawn area for your pets or kids to enjoy. The back yard has a seating and lounge area and a Weber gas grill.

Walking your dog is fantastic in this neighborhood; the sidewalks are wide and shaded beautifully by mature trees, there are a number of dog friendly restaurants and a dog park nearby.



TRASH PICK UP

There are two trash cans – one for regular trash and one for recycling, trash is picked up twice a week, trash cans need to be placed on the curb on these days and put away after collection.

This house is set up primarily for guest use, nobody else lives on the property. All areas of the house, private back yard and front yard is available for guest use only. Expect maintenance workers (pool cleaner, landscape crew) once a week.

The host lives nearby but does not need to meet the guest at check-in or check out. Access is completely private via the front door and Self check in is made easy with a code to a smart lock. The code is changed after each guest and will be sent to you on the day of and shortly before check-in.

PARKING

Parking is plentiful; 4 vehicles could easily fit on the new circular driveway which is right in front of the entry door, no need to walk any distance from your vehicle to the entrance, no stairs.

Please help me keep my vacation rental by respecting the neighbors! This is a registered and licensed vacation rental regulated by the city of Deerfield Beach. Parties or large gatherings are not allowed at this property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed and no more than 4 vehicles are allowed to be parked on the driveway at any time.

SURVEILLANCE / CAMERAS: The entire front of the house is monitored by video cameras to prevent parties, unauthorized guests, vandalism, theft etc. There are no cameras in the backyard or inside of the house.
