Overall, we had a good experience. The property is very well located, close to supermarkets and parks, and the area felt safe. It’s ideal for small groups or families, as it has three comfortable double beds. There is also parking available, which is a big plus.We appreciated that it provides basic bathroom amenities such as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner, and it has heating for colder seasons. There is also a common social area with a BBQ that guests can use, which is great for spending some time outdoors.As for areas of improvement, the walls and ceilings are quite thin, so you can hear almost everything the neighbors are doing, especially the footsteps from the upstairs unit. There is only one bathroom, which can be limiting for larger groups. The sofa was uncomfortable because it would completely sink in when sitting, and one of the dining chairs was broken.Overall, it’s a good option because of the location and basic amenities, but improving the sound insulation and some of the furniture would make the stay much more comfortable.
