Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing stay. Upon arrival, parking was a major issue—initial directions were unclear (generic parking descriptions that appear to be universally sent to all properties they manage seemed to be used) and all available spots were taken, we were then instructed to park in front of an already parked vehicle that placed my vehicle obstructing the sidewalk. This caused unnecessary stress before even getting into the unit.The condition of the property was unacceptable. The unit was extremely dirty, to the point that had it not been so late at night, we would have left and stayed elsewhere. We found yellow stains and an actual blood stain on the pillows, which was horrifying. There was hair left behind from previous guests throughout the unit, the floors were filthy (our feet turned black almost immediately after showering), and there were gross stains and residue on the walls and furniture. This level of cleanliness is far below what should be expected for a rental property.We communicated these issues to the property management company, who apologized and agreed that the situation was unacceptable, but no further action was taken to address or remedy the problems.Overall, this property was poorly maintained, stressful to access, and not cared for to a basic standard of cleanliness or guest experience. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend it unless serious improvements are made.
