This is place is the worst! The whole place smells like marijuana! From the moment you walk in to the lobby. The rooms smell like marijuana, it’s so strong that one can’t even sleep because of the smell! It’s dirty everywhere, trash cans overflowing with trash, dirty carpets. Upon check in the gentleman complained the whole time how his shift was almost over and the person who had to cover/take over wasn’t there. How he was so busy and couldn’t do everything himself and then proceeded to show us a hand written list of rooms he said he had to check up on. we were told that housekeeping was so busy that they would not be cleaning our room. Our room was not clean, there was poop on the floor, and no blankets. Changed rooms which was not better. Sheets were ripped, there was poop on the bathroom walls and door frame, base boards are falling apart.There’s lots of sketchy people within the hotel, some looked homeless. They hang out in the pool area smoking marijuana , smell goes to room.We asked for refund so we could take our family else where, where it was clean and safe but the gentleman said no “I can’t refund you” and walked away, very rude! This place doesn’t have breakfast. Rooms don’t even have an iron.
This was a terrible stay/experience. don’t recommend especially if you are traveling with kids. Don’t want a generic “sorry” either, because the gentleman onsite could have cared less! This place needs major maintenance! Will never stay here again!
