Luxury Ocean Front Condo on Beach, Full Ocean View

Luxurious condo, newly renovated with brand new furniture and appliances! Perfect for family retreat or a family get away.

The condo is located directly on the Beach, only a few steps from the Atlantic Ocean which can be seen from the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living/dining room. This corner unit with a balcony and large windows offers ocean views from all directions.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed with plush bedding and has an attached private bathroom with two sinks. Floor to ceiling windows that face the ocean give a breathtaking view in the morning, afternoon & evening. For your convenience there is a new washer and dryer located off the bathroom in the Master Bedroom.

The guest room offers two full-size beds and has an attached bathroom. Relax on the guest room balcony for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while breathing in the salty air and watching the ocean waves. The balcony provides a table and seating for 4 people. The guest room also has a personal microwave and mini refrigerator for extra storage.

The open floor plan in the living room allows you to relax on the large sofa while not being far away from your family and friends. Take a break from the Florida heat and enjoy the air conditioning while watching your favorite show on cable TV. For ample sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed with extra bedding provided.

Find what you need to make the perfect meal in the fully stocked kitchen. We have dishes, silverware, a coffee maker, pot and pans, a blender, toaster and much more. If you are wondering if we have something you might need, just ask!.

Please note that the only parking available at the condo is valet parking. There is unlimited in and out access for $18 a day.

We have also stocked a few beach items to make your stay more enjoyable. Use them at our pool or take them down to the 200 foot private beach.

The building lobby has a great restaurant, coffee stand, small clothing boutique and a hair/nail salon.

Enjoy a meal or coctails at the Tiki Bar located right next to our pool.

The Condo is approximately a 1 mile walk to Lauderdale by the Sea, where there are restaurants and live entertainment located right on the beach.

For your safety, the condo has security cameras in common areas such as hallways, elevators and pool areas. We do not own or access these cameras. There are no cameras in our unit.

The unit itself is beautiful, updated, extremely clean, super comfortable beds and a breathtaking view! We had a couple hiccups within the unit that the host and property manager were very responsive to and wanted our stay to be great which we appreciated! The beach access is also amazing, our kids and us did jet skiing right out the back.That being said, unfortunately the building and amenities themselves at Ocean Manor were quite run down, which the host has no control of, but was still a disappointment to us based on the price and listing. It frequently smelled of smoke and/or marijuana, every day by husband and I skimmed the pool ourselves to get rid of trash, hair clumps, debris floating in the pool. Multiple groups in and around the pool loudly swearing (we went with our 11,9,6 yo who kept asking us why people kept swearing!).Overall, the unit itself and the beach access were amazing, we had a good visit, just wished the pool area was a bit cleaner and building more up to date considering the price.

Our host was amazing! Very responsive! We were greeted by Samantha the day we arrived. She gave us many helpful tips about the condo that enhanced our experience and made us feel more comfortable. The beds were super comfy!!! Plenty of towels were made available to us. Beach chairs were awesome to have available to us! The sunrise views out the windows to the ocean were breathtaking!The condo was very clean!!!Tiki bar on the main level had great service and was a fun easy place to go to. The Italian restaurant in the condo building was recommended to us and it did not disappoint!We were also given great tips of how best to get around the city. Thank so much for giving us such an overall amazing experience! We loved our stay and sincerely appreciated your flexibility.When back in the area we will reach out to you again!

Amazing condo with Amazing Views

This was the perfect location for our 2 families. Living room and bedroom views of the beach were amazing! Hosts were extremely responsive. Beach house had everything we needed , including Beach chairs, pool noodles, small cooler, volleyball, football to make our beach days so much fun! Location was perfect with lots of restaurants and shopping areas nearby! Would definitely return!

Our family had a great stay at OM! We loved the beach access, just steps away and the pool and beach view from the condo. We really liked that we had a code to the door, which made it easy to remember versus carrying a key and provided ease in and out. The kitchen is well appointed with cooking supplies, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig or drip), plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Anything we did need was only a 5-8 min walk to the grocery store and surf shop. Both are located near the condo! The rooms had the most comfy beds (which our teen boys agreed) and blackout curtains with plenty of space to hang clothes or place in dressers and settle in for a stay. Plenty of towels for a family of four , and beach towels, toys, and chairs. The cooler came in handy to pack drinks and food!The TV also had options to sign into Netflix, other streaming networks which was nice! The resort also has a restaurant onsite, a Tiki bar with food and coffee bar that you can order from! A plus since we did enjoy the food and tiki bar. Just up the road is Lauderdale by the Sea where we stopped in a few times during our stay. Pier 14 and Killwins ice cream was a family fave!Overall we can't thank Colleen enough, and will definitely stay in the future.

Amazing Place

Great views

We had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything a family could need (including games!) and the views are stunning. The sand from the beach is a little difficult to manage (especially with kids) given the building’s outdoor shower set up and walking through the tiki bar but our unit had a broom and vacuum so we figured it out. the unit is very spacious and nicely decorated- very beachy vibe!

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this condo. It has recently been remodeled and is just beautiful. Everything is new and so clean. The views are spectacular, the location is so convenient and the amenities are great. We loved the Tiki Bar and Restaurant right on the property, and you literally step out of the building onto the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again and can't to come back next year.
