Where do I start?
1) Our feet were black when we initially walked through our 3-B suite. We had to literally request our place to be remopped
2) No Wifi the ENTIRE stay - asked every day to get our wifi going.. they would respond they sent a request but havent heard back.
3) Reimbursement where? I was initially told upon check out my wifi reimbursement would day 5-7 business days. A few days later i received my deposit refund and i told them i received the deposit back but not the reimbursement. they told me it could now take up to 10 business days. Welp... its not been 15 business days. I sent one follow up.. nothing. Second follow up.. cricket crickets.
I am not sure if they have a reliable management team but I am beyond frustrated. I am really not the type of person to complain often but when you really push me to this point and I have to take it to google to try to get your attention...well.. you know its a big issue.
