The room was beyond neglected! Do not trust this company. We only settled for this room because we are renovating our home and just need a place to rest our heads. I believe they put us in this room because we had a prior incident with stay hospitality so they put us in the worse room in this nice hotel. The room and hallway was musty, the shower pan felt like it may collapse and it makes a weird noise if you step in the middle. I only weigh 135 and I feel like I would have fell thru. The TV did not work. The AC sounded as if someone was about to break down the door. You can hear it from down stairs. The only AC that made noise. The entire room floor, appliances and furniture gets soaked when you shower. I don’t know why and I don’t know how. AND the towels eww. I dried my body off and was filled with pet hair. What a nightmare.
Before I got here I tried to get a refund because I did not want to stay with this company stay hospitality. They wouldn’t allow it. I had just stayed with them for 5 nights in a prior place. That hotel was full of mold they had to move me but it took them 2 days. I ended up getting severely sick. I requested to see the room at Eden to ensure I wouldn’t get sick from them again. I was given so much resistance. I am SEVERELY allergic to mold. I was previously bedridden for 2 years due to mold exposure. This company made me feel like they did not care about my health or well being. Take heed with this STAT HOSPITALITY.
