«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

Both our room attendants and our concierge guys made sure we were well taken care of. My husband used the gym and loved it. Our vacation was so peaceful. «We stayed at The Alexandra for one night before checking into Beaches Turks & Caicos next door, and it ended up being the perfect place for our family. Our suite was a one-bedroom with a king bed and a sleeper sofa for our kids, plus a kitchen and a balcony with beautiful ocean and pool views. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for the four of us.
