«What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. «Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. «The one bedroom unit we stayed in was beautifully furnished with quality appliances. The oceanfront views were spectacular from the room and from the balcony, which was nicely shaded. The staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating, including the housekeeping department. We had a lovely stay and thoroughly enjoyed the full breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay there again!»

«Clean well maintained property. Ocean view was breathtaking. Ocean is so clean and we were swimming with different colored fish. Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect! «I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!»

«You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant ...
