«PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE POST: If you are here in T & C for a memorable vacation no matter how lengthy the stay DO NOT book MOTEL! I am first embarrassed and discussed with Expedia for repping this dump. I also will be looking for a "store credit" from Expedia as I knew i would not be getting my money back from Grace Bay Suites. «You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant ...

«Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms holds all amenities needed. EG: (in room safe, Fridge, microwave, etc. Restaurant on site has a great menu and restaurant staff engaging and helpful. Overall great customer service. »

«I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!»

«Not special. Front Staff not very friendly or helpful, the ladies. The older man at the bar not friendly or welcoming. Everyone should be saying hi every time you pass by them. The cleaners were really nice. The lady in the kitchen very nice. The young man at the front desk very nice. Big improvements needed by ladies front staff and bar server. «My stay here was absolutely amazing. My family enjoyed our stay. The Tides is a small luxury lodging frfr and thats what I truly liked about it. It was so quiet. A while vibe. We stayed in the downstairs unit with the patio that opened to the pool. Now if you decide to stay this year (2026), be mindful that there is a large hotel being built behind them. The construction was during the day ONLY. At night it was just sounds of nature and the water. The walk to the beach is literally a 3 min ...

«Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!»

«Place is walking distance to the beach. However hotel pool is not a swim up bar it a circle kiddy pool next to the bar. Staff are very nice at the bar. Hotel is 2 floors no elevators for accessibility. No vending machines. Ice machine next to checkin and not available after 10pm. Food for hotel restaurant dining closes at 9pm.»
