There is no breakfast; however, the property is very close to the major shops and restaurants in Grace Bay (also to the biggest grocery store). «You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant ...

«Beautiful location minus the towering construction going on next door. Excursions picked you up right on the beach at the resort. Shopping with dining options within five minutes walk. Expensive, but worth it for the location. »

«Allowed me to exchange my beach towels anytime I wanted, had plenty of other soaps and shampoos available if you lost any during the flight, they asked me if I needed anything every morning at my door, make sure you get there before 10 cause they close the front desk»

«Called front desk 3 times about no internet connection in room, no reply or anyone coming to check same.Food and drinks at resort were good but expensive especially drinks!Need better signs to locate buildings and gym areas.Pool was somewhat dirty.»

«Nevhm, I’m spelling her name wrong but from England was one the best staff and made my trip very warm and comfortable. Very attentive and very communicative. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Only draw back, no private chair area on the beach.»

«1st guest at the hotel as I've told. They just recently opened and has restaurant on the property. It's 5 mins or less walk to the beach entrance. Conveniently located at downtown grace bay area near shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious and comes with breakfast included. One of the better restaurants in the vicinity! »

«Resort is very beautiful and is right on the Grace bay beach which had turquise color water and white soft sand. Water clarity was so clear that you can see the sand. Beach in front of the property was like a big swimming pool as not too deep. Used their complimentary kayaks and paddle boards on the water.
