«Very beautiful kept grounds, helpful staff and our room was great. However there could be some evening entertainment and a changing menu. Was there a 5 days and for lunch/dinner the same menu to choose from. Also the wifi was pretty bad at times.»

«You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant ...

«We enjoyed our stay. Pool was nice and the resort was quiet which was appreciated. The beach is an easy 5 minute walk but they have a golf cart to take you there and back.»

«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. «Beautifully decorated, fully equipped and spacious rooms with incredible views. The strip of beach in front of the hotel is narrow which is a plus vs the wide Grace bay side. The snorkeling experience is also a plus. The hotel amenities need some upgrades (lobby, pool, poolside restaurants). Service can definitely be improved. Overall positive experience.»
