«We had such a nice stay at the Mansion Buenavista. The staff was super friendly and helpful, great service. The room was big with both fan and AC, and a big balcony. Room was clean, breakfast was very tasty. Got both a soft pillow and a hard one. We stayed in several hotels in el Nido, but this was by far the best one. I got sick just hours after checking in to this hotel (not related to the hotel but a boat tour), and the staff was helpful with getting me to the medical center. Later on, the ...

«The service provided by front desk staff, Anthony was superb (5 star treatment). Anthony is a credit to your hotel. We were so warmly welcomed and then offered a local restaurant recommendation and reservation. We had a super early morning flight and a shuttle was no problem and it was only a 5 minute drive. Everything was so clean and lovely. We only wish we could have stayed longer! »
