«Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers
4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though
The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants

«Another great visit. The airport shuttle is easy to organize and easy to find. The drivers are friendly and helpful, as is the Lomas Travel staff. The hotel remains wonderful. We cannot say enough about the staff. They are efficient, helpful, warm, and very friendly. There are too many wonderful people to mention by name, but it starts with Ula and we’ll stop there with individual names. «The check in was very smooth and thanks to Jose Antonio we got an amazing room with sea view in a quiet corner of the hotel. Our private concierge Daniela Robles did an amazing job in helping us with dinner reservation and reserving sun beds at the beach in the morning. The hotel has the beach on one side and jungle on the other side, so it was really cool to see some of the animals and birds so close.
The japanese restaurant was excellent and the sashimi there was super high quality.

«This is a very cute hacienda. The grounds are really unique. It has a small cenote and a prayer space. The pool is in the center of a creatively decorated garden. We loved this hidden peaceful gem, and extended our stay!»
