«It was ok. The matress definitely needs replacing. Some minor repairs would go a long way. Such as the toilet paper holder. If you're expecting hotel condition, you should pass. But we are pretty laid back and aren't looking for luxury. Just a place to rest our heads. Hence the matress comment. It was cheap and did the job. We did get lost but were easily redirected with a timely phone call. The host was very nice and available when needed. I would return if Im in the area again.»

«Rooms were clean dishes were not. They left us with 0 cleaning supplies. No dish soap, no laundry detergent, no garbage bags, etc. There were little to no blankets we were essentially sleeping with a bed sheet. The worst part about it was the host practically lives in the garage under neath us which we were not told. If it wasn’t the host someone was in and out of the garage hanging out and at one point giving haircuts from the garage. »

«The room actually looked nice and the price was fair given the location and the amenities. However, we had three separate issues beyond minor nuisances.I know not typical in Miami, but it was 42 degrees on the first night, so we turned on heat before going to bed.
