«We didn’t get the room we booked. The one we got (when we arrived) was much smaller and not nearly as nice. With a lot of effort (there’s no one on site, everything is handled through an “agent” - who sounds like they’re outside the U.S. - which then notifies the actual Three Trails Company to get in touch with you - it’s a long, tedious way to handle any issue which may arise). We were able to finally get an upgrade, but it still wasn’t as nice as the room we originally booked.»

«Had a great time! My only concern was checking in and our code was incorrect. There was a nice man there that took care of us, but I wasn't sure at the beginning if he really worked there. «Room was very clean and had good features with exposed brick. It was a little smaller than anticipated but still plenty of room for us. Shower was small. Need some non-flavored coffee pods but that wasn’t really part of the rental. Nice place to stay if wanting to walk around downtown Elkin. Rail yard, Angry Trolls and Reeves Theater were easy to walk to.»

«The good: The property was very nice. The kitchen and seating area were roomy and well equipped. Beds were comfy. The bad: Ground floor does not mean no steps. The entrance is on the basement level, so a flight of stairs is required to get to the room. There is a side door on the ground level that can be used to exit, but it does not have a code device for re-entry. There is basically no parking (only 3 spots) at the facility, so parking is about 3 blocks away in the public lot by Town ...

«The place is clean and beautiful, however the noise level was high. We were on the first floor. We could hear the footsteps of people above us and at one point a group came home late at night and woke us all up. The high vaulted ceilings echos the noise level. The host was attentive, the location was perfect close to the Raffaldini Vineyards and right in downtown Elkin. The price was good.»

«Randy is awesome!! The Town of Love Valley is one of a kind.. we stumbled upon it by accident when we booked the closest place to Emerald Hollow Gem Mine and it was such a pleasant surprise. It is a Western themed town, only horses allowed no vehicles. We had such a good time at the rodeo and horseback riding. The apartment was massive with five bedrooms and all the accommodations.
