«I had a great stay at Vista Sol Punta Cana. The renovated room upgrade was worth it, right in front of the beautiful beach.
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food wasn’t amazing in general, but El Mariati and Teppanyaki Restaurant have a great food and awesome service.
The spa was a highlight with great amenities, and Maria was amazing. She made me feel well taken care of. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable experience!»

«The room was amazing. Great place. Impossible to get any questions answered, check in was a nightmare, and our room locked at 11 am with half our stuff in the room. Hours passed without assistance. Requests for late checkout went unanswered. Room great, communication terrible, facilty amazing.»

«Very disappointing! This is actually a motel, not a hotel. It is located in a rundown residential neighborhood, and unsafe area. There are multiple empty lot on the street where houses haven’t been built. Many of these empty lots are trash dumping ground. There’s no reception area. You have to ring the bell from the street which is answered by the caretaker of the property who does not speak English at all. «My experience at this hotel started when I arrived around 3:30 p.m. Although no other guests were waiting to check in before me, the process took about 50 minutes. «This hotel is very old and tired. The bathrooms were full of black mould and very dirty. We had to ask for towels and toilet paper every day. The staff were nice but that helped little. The area around the hotel is very limited and everyone is hassling you all the time. It was not safe to walk around as a woman after dark.
I would not recommend this hotel or the place Cortecito at all. Put some more money in to a hotel and stay safe.

Property management will tell you that "the unit you booked is the unit that was listed". Show them the listing all you want, their reply will not change.
