My experience at this hotel started when I arrived around 3:30 p.m. Although no other guests were waiting to check in before me, the process took about 50 minutes. The delay was due to my room key (room number 5) being lost. The receptionist was on his first day, and although he was confused and inexperienced, he genuinely tried his best to help. After about 50 minutes, I finally received my key and was able to enter my room, very tired and jetlagged, and I really needed to rest. However, I noticed that rooms 5 and 6 are right next to the bar, so you hear loud music and lots of noise when trying to sleep. The room was new and nicely designed, but it had one major problem: noise. There was loud music, and even after 10 p.m., people would gather outside and talk loudly. If you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend staying in these rooms. Another issue involved the bathroom products. On the first day, when I tried to wash my hands, I noticed the hand soap smelled strongly of alcohol and didn’t lather. I assumed it was a different type of soap that works like that. But the shampoo for showering was good, however, on the second day, when I wanted to shower, I noticed the same problem: the shampoo also smelled like alcohol and didn’t produce any lather.
