«The common areas were very clean and well maintained. The rooms could use a little updating but were very clean. Housekeeping did amazing! «Det var veldig bråkete på hotellet. Bestilte de lux rom med havutsikt. Fikk først rom i 13. etasje, men hørte likevel høy musikk nedenfra. Det var dessuten en dør mellom hvert rom for å ha mulighet til å koble flere rom sammen, men dørene var så dårlig lydisolerte at det gikk an å høre snakking fra naborommet, lyd fra toalettet og t.o.m snorking, og det gikk an å høre alle lyder fra korridoren og heisen. Byttet etterhvert til rom i 7. etasje pga bråk fra naborommet. I begge rommene så vekslet ...

«Second time staying here visiting from Canada, staff is extremely helpful and nice. Area is very close to everything you need, Walmart, Oxxo, beach, there is a Starbucks in the lobby, the bar/restaurant outside the hotel is very good with very cheap drinks and food. Highly recommended this hotel. Also the pool is nice for very hot days. Room was clean and comfortable, Air conditioning worked great and staff changed bed sheets and cleaned every day »

«Room was lovely met our needs . Pool fabulous but it had a lot of rules . Could not bring your own refreshments or food . At a condo I would have thought I could . The walk is exhausting even with the little funicular up the steep part . Staff were always friendly and accommodating as best as they could .
