«Well I don't like to be negative only suggest what could be improved. The property was very secure, only accessible via keycode to obtain keys and fob entry. There was fresh clean bed linen and towels, toiletries and kitchen supplies. Full kitchen and cooking utensils. The only downside the place could do with a full clean. Thick dust on picture frames, tile tops, surfaces and bathroom although sink and shower clean plug areas were not fresh and whole bathroom really could do with a good wipe ...

«This property is not secure, the front door is open. The plates and cups were dirty, the window was broken and we had to leave, the toilet seat did not fit the toilet, the shower needed re grouting, there were bottle caps and food under the sofa, the internet was too slow to watch TV. It was not fit for purpose. We spent a day with the property host staying the safety issues were not their problem. There were also used alcohol containers in the hallway and the lift did not work I could go on, ...

«We stayed at the apartment for 2 nights for a girls weekend away. Prior to the stay the host was communicative and helpful with my questions. I contacted the host for an earlier check in as we had travelled a long way and arrived earlier than expected, the host arranged for us to meet the cleaner at the apartment who kindly let us in and showed us around. «A little confusing when arriving at the location on time as there was nobody to meet us so I had to contact the main office and also to confirm the apartment number on the road was correct as the number listed was the general store next door. The service rep was very helpful, they contacted the site manager Isabella who was absolutely fantastic. «Nice flat, someone pressed the intercom buzzer every night at 2am, shower could do with fresh sealer, leak in kitchen sink and no hot water. Evidence of leak on lounge ceiling. Easy walk to docks area. Cafe, pizza shop and shop just within 100 yards. Lots of road noise which probably wouldn’t matter to anyone who’s not a light sleeper like me.»
