«We had a wonderful stay at the JW Marriott in downtown Grand Rapids! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. «Dinner at The Kitchen by Wolfgang Puck was excellent. The ambiance of the Lumber Barons bar was great. Rooms were huge with two beds and two bathrooms. About the only negative is that the two bathrooms are too small and both have bathtubs posing a fall hazard. Sinks are too wide for the toilet also. Otherwise a great place to stay.»

«The Finnley is more an Air B&B than hotel. Excellent location, easy access, and felt private. The room was very well decorated feeling like a loft apartment. The bed was comfy. The only recommendations I would give to the property manager would be to provide more towels and a larger trash or a suggested place to take trash. A note: there is no parking at this hotel. The parking garage across the street cost us an additional $48 per night.»

«This was definitely a unique experience and was perfect for a quick visit to Grand Rapids for a work trip. You can walk to shops, amenities are all around, I was 4 minutes from the office and street parking was free and abundant. This was very similar to an Airbnb experience, self check-in and out without the list of tasks to do. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the room had adequate supplies and a steamer, which was super convenient. It’s great if you need a quiet place to stay ...

«We were very happy with our stay. We had a King suite, so there was a loveseat in the room. This was important to my spouse and I because we wake at different times. We were not expecting a curtain between the bed and seating, which made it so that the waking person would not disturb the sleeper! That was so welcome! Everything was comfortable without being overly soft. We would stay at a Home2 again.»
