I just had the worst experience at Hilton grand Rapids michigan I paid for my room on Expedia had my itinerary number my receipt everything the mean woman refused to even look my itinerary number stating I had to be at the wrong place or I should have book directly through them , then told me to go to another hilton as she was sure i was wrong she told me I had no booking mind you she never asked my name or itinerary number i went outside called Expedia who assured me I was at right place and told me to go back inside I also checked my account I was charged alot for this booking . She then made me sit for 30 mins refusing to check my name or itinerary number stating she does like Expedia and she will not waste her time looking for atleast 30 mins mind you I've been here now well over 30 minutes and I booked around an hour ago, it's been a very long day this hotel charged me so much to treat me like trash . And what can you even do customer service sucks and you can't do anything about it or your a Karen. I travel Alot so really crappy impression Hilton grand Rapids really crappy
