«During our stay on July 7, the valet situation was completely overwhelmed. When we arrived, there were approximately 10 cars ahead of us, and after waiting 20 minutes only one vehicle had moved. We were attending a concert at the new Acrisure Amphitheater and could not risk waiting an unknown amount of time just to park.
We ultimately left the valet line, paid $38 to park in a lot two blocks away, and carried our luggage to the hotel. Considering we paid $366 for the room, this was an unexpected ...

«The room wasn’t clean, there was a smell that was not great. They don’t have a hot tub which was not disclosed. We went there for our anniversary and wanted a hot tub. Staff didn’t even give us ice bags when we asked.»

«The staff was great at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself smelled damp. The bed and pillows weren’t comfortable either, and the shower drained very slowly. It’s a cool property with a good location but not sure I’d stay again.»
