«Nice looking but needs some maintenance »

«Nice downtown location. Convenient access to the Van Andel Arena. Great parking structure for an additional fee. All staff extremely friendly. We had a very spacious room but it felt outdated with items showing a lot of wear and outlets not having USB or C charging stations. A lot of odd and different smells throughout the hotel. The bathroom was dark and not very clean. There was trash in the bathroom when we checked in. Water pressure was low. Overall it was decent place for what we needed. »

«The restaurant and breakfast wasn't available. The place wasn't super clean. Found the workout areas were kind of limited. Not much for cable TV. Nothing to really watch other than local news and local television channels. »

«Didn’t even leave car. Was stared down by other guests who opened their doors to watch us as soon as we pulled in. Did not feel safe at all. Left without even going inside. Not worth the $75 to get s** trafficked.»

«What a horrible stay you really should allow pics on reviews because we have plenty. Dirty bathroom smokers smoking pot up and down the halls. Can’t get and extra linens supplies after noon. We were a family of 4 2 adults 2 kids and we got 2 towels. Pool area was horrible game room half the games didn’t work pool table tore up. Vending machines didn’t work. Free breakfast was cereal juice coffee and moldy doughnuts. Every morning out bath room smelled like pot »

«ok to be fair I didn't even stay here because I only accidently purchased this trip some how . however I went in to the hotel to speak with the person at the desk and she was infact the absolute rudest freaking lady I've ever met . I just wanted my refund . and I asked her if she could get ahold of expedia to confirm that I infact did not stay there and she said they have to call me and I've been trying to get ahold of this hotel and expedia has to and they will not answer the phone. the hotel ...

«I had to pay $40 for a pot and pan with lid and a can opener. I'm on vacation. Do you think i'm going to pack it in my luggage to bring it home? How ridiculous. If you are staying there 2 weeks or more, being able to use the stove to cook your food, because you don't want to eat out EVERY meal, should be able to have a pot and pan as part of the time that you are there, at no cost. If there less than 2 weeks, put a $40 hold on the cooking equipment at check-in and released the hold charge when ...
