«Last time i stayed hear i did not pay extra for breafast so could not get this time i stayed and Paid for breakfast on this site for an extra $25 and when arrive to property they mentioned that it was free»

«We stayed in the Arizona sweet. Doors to our bedroom were locked. We were unable to get a rollaway. They brought wet sheets and blankets. The amenities were subpar in the room. The pool and space was disgusting with hair floating all in pool and around the pool deck.»

«There was not a hot breakfast offered during my stay and the bed was not comfortable. I was charged a $50 deposit when I arrived and was told I would get it back when I left and still have not received it back. We left the room in a clean tidy condition. The pool and hot tub seemed dirty and there were no towels. Overall I feel the pictures were deceiving and the room did not meet my expectations, I would not stay there again. »

«My stay at Holiday Inn downtown Grand Rapids was great and very comfortable. They offered a breakfast buffet for $16.99, but we did not check it out. This hotel was clean, the staff was great, and they offered a free shuttle bus to downtown events. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here again. »

«There were plenty of restaurants earby and within walking distance. I was worried about the parking but it was not crowded and I easily parked right across the street for free. My room did not have a window (which was OK) or desk. A small desk would have been the only improvement I'd suggest.»

«We had a room with a king size bed and a pull out couch. There was no bedding for the pullout. We also never found the remote for the tv. Its also bery noisey. There must have been a family in the room upstairs or next to us. When we woke up in the morning we could hear the kids running around, almost like they were in the same room.»

«Didn’t even leave car. Was stared down by other guests who opened their doors to watch us as soon as we pulled in. Did not feel safe at all. Left without even going inside. Not worth the $75 to get s** trafficked.»

«Worst hotel I’ve ever been too. I travel for work and for the 500 hotels I’ve ever had to stay at, I’ve never had to leave a hotel until this one. -advertised continental breakfast and pool and had neither. Whole hotel was under renovations and was stated no where. Our towels in our room had fake eyelashes all over them, went to the main desk to ask for clean ones and the “clean ones” I got were covered in brown stains like someone just got done flossing in between their butt cheeks.
