«One of the best hotell experiences. Very exotic. Great hotell!»

«Great location for quick safe walk to the high end malls 1-2 blocks away with many nice restaurants. Easy Uber access to Zone 16 for Paseo Cayalá signature carved statue of reclining man coming out of the grass and high-end shops , cafes and beautiful church and building architecture! The rooftop pool area is expansive and relaxing. Fabulous rotating restaurant on the 18th floor with great views of Guatemala .»

«El lugar es tal como se ve en las imágenes, me encantó el olor a ropa de cama limpia todo muy limpio, está cerca del aeropuerto y de mall oakland , la comida muy deliciosa se los recomiendo 👏👏👏»

«Everything was lovely. The food was great, the property was very well maintained. Staff were friendly and accommodating. My only complaint was that the floor in my room was filthy. I had asked about laundry upon arrival & they hadn’t got back to me until the next day, by then I’d hand washed everything & had it hung to dry by then. Outside of those small issues, it was a great stay all in all.»

«Everything was perfect for our 2-night stay. The staff was helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable, the food good, and the grounds lovely. The prices were a little high at the restaurant and bar, but that's usual for a hotel. The "hot tub" was really more of a warm tub, but still lovely. We took a walk in the neighborhood, and it was very nice. And it was convenient to the airport.»

«Habitaciones sumamente viejas, alfombras manchadas, sábanas rotas, ambas habitaciones no han sido remodeladas en más de 30 años..»

«Excelente lugar para familias con niños, muy recomendable.»
