«I will start off with the positive aspects here. The staff is very kind. They do work hard and try their best, so this review has nothing to do with their efforts. They also have a decently cute garden on site and parking was easy considering the hotel was in the city. The main negatives were the bed was as hard as a rock, the pillow was paper thin so I woke up with bad body pain. Without AC the room was stale & hard to breathe so I kept in on, but when it was on there were super loud clicking ...

«The breakfast was excellent, I did not have the chance to enjoy de pool sice I was on a bussiness trip, maybe next time. The staff was very good! The room excelent, the only thing is that the cleaning lady turned off my A/C when she made my room, and Chiquimula is extremly hot, so it takes more than 30 minutes to have a cool room»

The people handling in-person were kind, respectful and helpful I was there for multiple days and had no complaints. «Pay attention to the photos of your booking. The apartment is different from the hotel. The shower in the apartment leaked water out by the bottom of the door. Water was nice and warm. WiFi was fast. Air conditioning worked great only in the living room area. The bedroom only has a fan that faces the bottom of the bed. Kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is right next to the Zoo and near many restaurants. Breakfast was included with our stay and it was made fresh. »

«The entire staff is amazing!! Stayed 3 weeks. Anytime and I promise you anytime. They are available. Between my dog going out, and coming back random times in the middle of the night.
