«Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host.»

«Check in information was not given until we were in the driveway at check in time. The neighborhood was not what we expected. The house was clean. The beds were not comfortable. It would have been nice to have the basics like body wash and an iron.»

«Didnt get to stay when we arrived someone else had checked into the property. The host did refund me which I appreciate. It definitely seemed like the booking services she used double booked us.»
