«Pictures were alittle deceiving was expecting alittle more from place didn’t look like the pictures. Also had issues with toilet and had to go a day with issue and Internet issues. Real friendly owner but wish is was easier getting in contact with someone as their is no front desk service at property and have to wait on owner to send someone to fix issues or for extra towels etc. could of been better. »

«Sunglow was very easy to find. Check-in was a breeze. The condo was clean and comfortable. We especially loved the view and the balcony. We weren't there much so we didn't get to the pool area. We were visiting family or seeing some of the sites. After we checked out this morning we went to the chocolate factory then drove on the beach. So sad to see the damage left from the hurricanes. «Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep.
