I booked this hotel because it had a pool, jacuzzi and restaurant and a lounge/bar. My husband is disabled and it makes it easier on him if we don’t have to travel any more than we have to. When we arrived we were not informed that none of these things were available. We found out the next morning I was so upset. They made promises and did not follow through. We basically had a room with a bed. My plan of spending a relaxing four night stay at one location ruined. I always check to see what amenities are available before booking. If I would of known I would of stayed somewhere else but no they just let us find out after we arrived making it impossible to cancel and they know you’re stuck. Where are you going to find a place at a decent price at the lst minute. We weren’t the only ones saying why didn’t they inform us. I feel totally taken because they knew all of their services were gone and they knew they would be jackhammering for days while we were scheduled to be there. I consider this dishonesty and deception!
If they did this to us what else are they willing to do to the next person. They are not trustworthy! I contacted Expedia as well, but they did nothing to help. I requested a 50% refund considering we were given 50% of what they started on their website and though Expedia. I was denied and offered nothing to compensate us for the inconvenience of their deception as far as Expedia this is flat out, faults advertisement. One of them should do something
