I thought that because Wyndham had their name on it, this would be a good experience. The pool and hot tub were out of service, which was not listed on their website when I booked. Sadly it was one of the reasons I chose this location. Because of that and other reasons, I can't say I would return.
When I arrived, the room I was given smelled like cat urine. The front desk staff said cats aren't allowed, but as I was going to my room I literally watched someone carrying a cat carrier with a crying cat.
Front desk staff were kind and understanding and let me switch rooms with a free upgrade. The next room didn't smell, but it wasn't very clean and the vanity light didn't work consistently.
The walls are very thin, and so Friday night was very loud with people partying and having other loud adult activities.
The property says it is non smoking/vaping, but my room constantly smelled like weed from who knows where. I checked out a day early, absorbing the cost since I was tired of the smell. Also the wifi was terrible, dial up speeds of 4mbps, so I couldn't get any work done for my job.
The positives: the free breakfast was decent and free parking is nice. The bed and pillows were actually quite comfortable, although the sheets were thin and worn out. Staff were friendly, but hospitality alone doesn't cut it these days. I advise to spend a little more until this place finishes their renovations, whenever that is.
