«Our host was most welcoming and provided all essential items. The apartment is very clean and everything worked! The WiFi is strong. There’s an Echo Dot, so I could play background music. The beds are super comfortable!! The host provided thoughtful supplies. The location is excellent. It’s 5 minutes from Milam’s grocery store and right next to Coral Gables and Coconut Grove. «Unfortunately, our stay at this rental house was extremely disappointing. The house is old and outdated, with a dirty, worn-out couch. The shower was broken, and the pool was filthy with leaves and branches. The walls had visible cracks, and the overall condition of the property was neglectful.But the worst part was that there was no water supply on the last day our stay, which made our experience unbearable.We would not recommend this rental property to anyonePlease feel free to modify it to ...

«Awesome, well maintained property. We were group of 19ppl with ages from 12-80, and everyone had great time at the property. Kids had fun with the arcade, video games and poker table. Kitchen fully functional, very effective AC. »
