«The property was nice, but the check-in process was hectic on the first day of our trip. If you are planning to stay for more than a couple of days be sure to bring games. They have a great table for playing games. If your going to do laundry make sure to bring laundry detergent. Also, the washer will keep going if you let it so make sure to stop it after one cycle or it will take a while to get your laundry done. «This was our first time in Miami and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect, getting to the freeways was easy. They had everything you need including a little cooler that was perfect for us to take drinks and snacks with us. The neighborhood was on the border off some very expensive properties so we had no worries about any hinky people. Bert and his wife were very kind and east to communicate with. Would stay here again!»

The two fails: I didn't have the building and unit access codes before I arrived at the property and the pre-check in paperwork was very detailed and time consuming.
