«Spring break with the family of young adults/teens…Plus the grandparents could have been a stressful week! But we had plenty of quiet spaces to chill and were just steps from the beach. Linda has thought of just about everything you need to create a clean, calming home away from home. Even my hard to please mother was impressed! Thanks for a great trip.»

«Nice and clean, terrific Private Screened Pool area with lots of room to entertain. Short walk to a Private Beach, where there were very few people, just the opposite of going to Clearwater Beach, where we went Saturday and it was JAMMED with people.»

«The townhouse was awesome and fit our family perfectly. The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was perfect. Being able to watch the dolphins play from both the master bedroom window and the second floor balcony was very cool. Some of our favorite memories include the night lights and star gazing from the rooftop! We hope to return soon :)»

Great for families with young children as the house had baby gates, high chairs and pack n plays available for use. Easy walk to the beach! Complex has a quiet pool with great views. Using the boat dock was convenient and easy. Could see dolphins from the balcony every day! Great stay, would definitely recommend»

«We had a large group of family members coming in to celebrate my husband’s 70th and needed lots of space and this fit the bill. It was within easy walking distance to the beach, places to eat and pickle ball. It had its own pool for some quiet lounging and a separate space where the my son, daughter in lawn n heand their kids slept. It was perfect.»

«Perfect accommodations for family. Location wonderful. Easy access to beach, pool, park and restaurants. Lots of space for all. Laundry facilities were ideal. Rooftop amazing. We had a glitch with internet connection and our host Kate arranged for help immediately! Garage filled with lots of beach toys for all ages. The neighborhood is so close to the beach and yet very safe and quiet. We will be back!»

«The bungalow was the perfect location. Lots of towels and linens. Marilyn was so welcoming and available, if needed. Good air conditioning. Ceiling fans in each room. We got to park out car in the garage which was great to keep the heat out . The beach is just across the street. Quiet beach area. Marilyn had an umbrella, Chairs and wagon for us to bring the stuff to the beach. Beach water was warm. Perfect location to watch nightly sunsets!»

«Very clean! Within walking distance to pretty much everything. A lot of attractions close by. The best part was sitting in the balcony watching the dolphins play every morning and every night. Would definitely book this again!!!! Property manager also responded very quickly to messages. The only bad thing I can see is we had to leave and come back to gloom and cold Kentucky.»

«It was in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. 6 short blocks to the beach and in the other direction 1 long block to the bay. Beautiful homes to see when we walked in the evening. The beach was not crowded. The covered pool was great when we came back to the house from the beach. The grill is a charcoal grill, not a gas grill. So take charcoal and lighter fluid and matches. They do have a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. It was a great stay.»

«Vince is a very attentive owner/caring. As the listing says, there is a major project going on with the building. One must be prepared for some days it is very loud and distracting. Not all days, but some days were very loud . It’s not anything to blame the owner for and we knew the patio wasn’t available. Having said that it’s a very nice place , beautiful pool and spa. Beaches in the area are stellar. Nice trolley to Clearwater Beach , about a 5 minute ride . Nice Shopping area a 5 min walk ...
