«Nice place and cute pool area. However, the rooms could use a bit of a upgrade as they are old and worn down. The screw in the doorlock fell out, and then the toilet stopped working shortly after we arrived. We got a new room due to the toilet situation, but the staff member who helped us seemed a bit annoyed about it and we got the feeling she believed it was our fault. That was uncomfortable and ruined the experience a bit for us. The food and drinks are not great, so would recommend to eat ...

«Truly enjoyed our stay at this resort! Staff is super friendly, rooms and overall place is very clean, pools are big, and food has surprisingly great (which hasn’t been the case at other all-inclusive resorts). The beach was decent and you could stull go into yhe ocean considering the algae problem the Riviera has. Our only suggestion would be more music and activities by the pool, but other than that we loved it!»

«All in all a great stay! The resort is not too big, we liked that. Great beach! We never used the pools, says a lot because we had two teenage boys with us! Gym: well equipped. We had a plumbing incident in our room, and had to change rooms. The hotel stepped up and changed us to a similar room. We had the Villa junior suite plunge pool oceanfront. We had Jessica as our concierge! She was AWESOME! She made all our bookings in the restaurants and cabanas on the beach. She came by to check ...

«Very nice hotel, the staff is very nice and helpful. We did however had bad luck with the room, it smelled like sewer but they eventually gave us a new room. Also, they are not prepared for full occupancy since the day more people arrived they didn’t have enough umbrellas neither at the pool nor the beach.»
