The screw in the doorlock fell out, and then the toilet stopped working shortly after we arrived. «Overall 2/5. The staff was amazing! The rooms were beautiful and clean. The pool with the hookah and cabanas were 10/10! The air conditioning is TERRIBLE. the room was wet and moist the entire time. Maintenance had to come three times. The food is 2/5 as well. Flavorless and the options were so small. Sodas were all flat. Deserts tasted like paper. If you leave the resort to eat, you will likely enjoy this place much more but as someone who enjoys staying on property…. I won’t be returning.»
