«Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything ...

Sie befindet sich in einem lebhaften und pulsierenden Viertel mit einfacher Anbindung an die wichtigsten U-Bahn-Linien, was sie unglaublich praktisch für die Erkundung der Stadt macht. Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock, also gibt es ein paar Stufen zusätzlich zum Aufzug, aber das hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört. «The room was exactly like the photos, perfect for one person. The host was available and replied to my messages very fast, always making sure that I was enjoying my stay. The location, personally, couldn't have been better! I was at 3 minutes from the office, on top of that you are pretty much in the center of Le Marais, so you have everything at your disposal at a short walk for the apartment. I was really happy, and will definitely consider coming back.»

«Loved the apartment! Great location - metro was available around the corner but almost everything was within walking distance! The apartment itself was very roomy and loved that there was an extra powder room available. Would have appreciated an extra set of keys - it was difficult to coordinate when my daughter and I had different plans. It would have been impossible if there had been more of us.»

«It was good for the money. Metro station and grocery stores just minutes away. Also lots of restaurants and shopping around. The room is rather small but Ok if you want to spend most time out. We had an issue with the A/C but the property manager was very responsive and resolve it quickly. I would recommend this place for someone or a couple who wants to tour Paris around for a few days»

«When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. »

«La vista della camera è veramente fantastica. nonostante ciò in camera faceva caldissimo e il condizionatore non era sufficiente per rinfrescarla (oltre che ad essere pieno di polvere nel filtro). in doccia non c’è il sapone. inoltre siamo arrivati alla camera alle 15:40 e le pulizie non erano ancora iniziate, infatti siamo entrati in camera alle 16:40 al posto che alle 16. Per il resto è ben fornita (asciugacapelli e utensili per cucinare) e la posizione è comoda.»
