«Amazing hotel, kids friendly, clean, staff was amazing and especially Doudeline, she served us at Almond Tree restaurant and by the pool a few days, went up and beyond anything expected, incredible customer service, amazing with our kid, just her alone make us want to come back to this resort. Cannot say enough of her excellent and amazong service, top notch, 12 out of 10 stars because of her! »

«This resort was classy top to bottom. The room and the turn down service were impeccable, the service at bars and restaurants was excellent, the food was stellar and you cannot beat the Grace Bay beach and the Palms pool if you wanted a break from the sun at the beach.
We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay.»
