«Property definitely NOT a 4 star. Probably 3. Grounds were fine. Room needed updating. Beach was beautiful and very accessible. Most of the staff was NOT FRIENDLY at all. Wished they had nicer people working there. Wednesday night buffet at the restaurant was delicious. Our housekeeper was very nice though and cleaned beautifully. Overall…ok stay. If I go back to island, I would stay somewhere else.»

«The hotel is right on the best part of Grace Bay Beach and close to downtown, so it's very near many restaurants. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The housekeeping service is excellent; they even wash your dishes. Once or twice they left fewer towels than we needed, but that's normal—they're human beings!
