«Bathroom was not clean. Hair from the previous visitor was on the bathroom floor and in the shower. Shower curtain was discolored. Elevator was too small, and only fit 1 person with their belongings in it at a time. Crumbs on top of the fridge. Found someone’s credit card in one of the drawers, which also indicated that they’re not cleaning the rooms properly. Indoor hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. «Stayed for one night only, so not much data to go on, but we found everything to be fine. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean (albeit on the small side). Breakfast was plain, in line with what you'd expect from a motel. A quiet residential area, easy to get there by train (a 5 min walk from the station). We were there because we had a stopover at JFK, and it suited that purpose very well.»

«They give us a room with people inside.. the front desk is not helpful at all her name is Cindy.. She said that she didn't know room still occupied unbelievable!!! Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) .»

«Oheka Castle successfully gives the feeling of staying at a historic castle (which it is). Our room had a very annoying high-frequency/high-pitch noise, but the front desk had no problem with giving us another room. We were given close to none information at check-in - when we went to ask them what was happening at the Castle, we were told here was a fundraiser and was told to stay away form the dining area. When we checked out, a bus arrived for a tour at the castle and the front desk was busy ...

«It's very difficult for me to evaluate the hotel at the moment. Now it's undergoing repairs and therefore all the problems are on the face. There were 5 markings on the wall in the room - none of them worked. The girls at the reception are very helpful. Breakfast is simple, you can have a snack.»
