Leiligheter i Central Austin

«I recommend this for your next stay»

«It was a great stay for a couple days of training at UT. Please put the apartment number in the check in instructions »

«Perfect location for events at the Moody Center. The apartment is just a 15-minute walk from the venue, which allowed us to completely skip the post-show rideshare surge and expensive UT campus parking.»

«The place is very convenient, quiet, and clean. I’d give it five stars, but the coffee brewer is a not user friendly. That may seem small, but having to dress and go buy coffee, was not desirable.»

«The apartment doesn’t look the same in person as it does in the photos. It’s an older complex and connected to other units . It was clean enough but did have a musty dank smell possibly from past water leaks or odors from another unit. Because it’s a bottom floor apartment the lights and sounds from the parking lot were somewhat of an issue. There was a lot going out there including some car repairs. The interstate and train tracks are also very close . Probably not ideal for solo female ...

«All as described!»

«Excellent location in Hyde Park. Close to many wonderful places.»

«It was small and cozy. Although we never got extra towels after we asked. It had all the amenities that were posted. Host was responsive.»

«Did not make it to the inside because the parking was terrible with trash and graffiti everywhere.. would not ever consider this one property again. And when I contacted them… could care less and refused refund…»

«Coffee shop, Voodoo Doughnuts, and HEB are all within walking distance. »

«This spot has many great attributes: Ideal location just north of campus at a reasonable price; clean & updated space; a keypad (!!!no haggling over who has the key); ample parking. Most of all, the hosts were terrific at customer service -- responsive, attentive, thorough and friendly - most appreciated!»

«the bungalow and neighborhood and parking were all great. no parking restrictions on the neighborhood, walking distance to some excellent restaurants, quiet neighborhood with trees and birds, easy driving distance to other parts of town via Loop 1»

«Adorable place in a very quiet neighborhood. Very clean and great location with quick access to anything in Austin. Food nearby. Felt safe. Bed was comfy. Host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again.»

«Clean. You get what you pay for. Great location. Affordable. Definitely an old building. But that’s described. Would stay again. Great communication and checkin.»
