«It’s like having an apartment. The only thing that takes getting used to is the codes to use everything. I’m sure they have their reasons (for example obviously the security) but that’s the only thing that sticks out and it’s not necessarily a con. I highly recommend it»

«We (family of 4) stayed 3 nights in this house. The location is great. Just few minutes away from Austin down town and UT west campus. The neighborhood is safe and friendly. We checked in on the Christmas Eve. The house is recently renovated with spacious bedrooms. The beds are firm, which we like it. The shower place is huge and clean. The standout feature was the polite and helpful staff—they were responsive via messenger and went out of their way to assist with any questions I had, making the whole process smooth.
