«Stayed 10 days. Overall friendly and service minded staff. Rooms are clean, but took all day before they cleaned them and they would enter the room after a short knock.
Great activities for everyone. Food quality was decent - some restaurants had a long wait. Overall very happy with the stay and great value for money!»

«We booked the Preferred Club, but didn't feel like preferred members. The beach is beautiful! The beach staff should concentrate on cleaning and maintaining it better. Hardly any sargassm. They moved our belongings while we were at breakfast for only 30 minutes, and didn't bother to tell us where they moved them to. Not cool. But management was very nice and understanding when we complained.
The loud music was ANNOYING! There is no where to go to escape it! People are on the beach and wanted ...
