«Great stay, will stay at Plainview again. Only thing is there was a miscommunication with the check out time, the reservation email said noon, but staff at the hotel told me 11:00am, other than that would stay again.»

«Oheka Castle successfully gives the feeling of staying at a historic castle (which it is). Our room had a very annoying high-frequency/high-pitch noise, but the front desk had no problem with giving us another room. We were given close to none information at check-in - when we went to ask them what was happening at the Castle, we were told here was a fundraiser and was told to stay away form the dining area. When we checked out, a bus arrived for a tour at the castle and the front desk was busy ...

«We enjoyed a week long stay here. The staff were very friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The continental breakfast was great. I just wish that some days they would make the eggs a different way and not just scrambled. Another thing that I would recommend is free parking to guests! This a dog friendly hotel, which was important for us. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.»

«This review is for the current hotel, not what is to come! I would like to start with their is so much potential and they are currently expanding on the hotel/casino and as someone in project management I foresee amazing changes in the near future. BUT for what it is now, it’s not great. They had only two elevators and one was broken (10 min wait minimum), I took a shower one morning fine and the next no hot water, when I placed my bag down the counter top to where the TV was placed moved. ...
