Our stay at Oasis Palm – All Inclusive (Dec 24–29, 2025) was disappointing and not worth the price. The arrival and check-in process was extremely disorganized. Entry to the property was confusing, and check-in was split into two separate lines—one for registration and another for room key activation—each taking nearly an hour. There was no welcome drink, water, seating, or clear guidance, and staff were not helpful or comfortable communicating in English. After a long journey, the lack of support and poor guest handling was frustrating.
The room was a decent size but very basic, with missing amenities on day one, no bathroom lock, no shower door, a non-functional locker, and foul-smelling bathroom water. Food service was another major issue: despite advertising multiple restaurants, reservations were only in person with 1–2 hour waits, leaving guests dependent on one crowded buffet with repetitive food and very limited vegetarian options. We had to eat outside the resort on multiple days. Access to drinking water was difficult, bar options were limited with long queues, and beach chairs were insufficient and poorly managed. Overall, the resort does not deliver a true all-inclusive experience and does not justify the cost. I would not recommend this property.
