We paid a premium price expecting a high-quality experience, but we left totally disappointed. The "renewed" buildings and rooms are just a superficial paste-and-paint job; they still feel old, and fixtures like faucets and toilets were never replaced.
The most unacceptable part was the safety. The kids' area is old and neglected. The pool needs repainting, and the slides are NOT safe. My 9-year-old son used the slide once and got an ugly scrape on his leg, which completely ruined our vacation vibe.
Furthermore, the constant harassment from the "Circle" membership sellers (the modern version of 90's timeshares) is exhausting. They are annoying, aggressive, and do not respect your vacation time.
To be fair, the main food was very good. However, the desserts were poor, and the entertainment was severely lacking—no high-quality shows, just someone singing by the pool. This is an expensive hotel that absolutely does not deliver the value, safety, or peace you pay for. Avoid.
