The health and safety of our guests is our number one priority.
We follow enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights:

● We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
● We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
● We clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists
● We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
Guest access
You will enjoy the apartment just for you and your family.
The lagoon and the 7 pools will be shared with other owners and other travelers, the rules of the condominium (hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm) must be respected.
Children will enjoy children's games.
The Kayak is subject to availability (rent condominium administration).

To access the Lagoon we will share a card, and a bracelet for each guest that you will have to carry every time they go swimming, the card must be returned at the end of their stay.

On Mondays the Lagoon is cleaned so its use is not allowed, however you can continue to enjoy the 7 pools around it.

We have partnered with a professional laboratory to carry out the COVID test in our accommodations in case you need it (Additional cost).

Other things to note
We value security, so it is important that you know that we have 4 security cameras, one at the entrance of the house, one in the hallway to the terrace, another on the terrace and one more in the living room, to greater privacy, the camera in the living room area can be disconnected during your stay simply by unplugging it.

You will have to share your official identification and that of your companions to inform the administration of the condominium of your stay.

The condominium does not provide Lifeguard service so you must take all precautionary measures and care, as well as respect the rules of common areas, your safety is your responsibility.

To reserve we require our guests to complete their profile by adding an verified ID. As hosts it gives us a better level of security as we are allowing people to enter our homes and our private property. Really we appreciate.

The kayak are for rent so the availability depends on several factors, you will have to request it from the administration.

The water in Mexico is not drinkable so we recommend that our guests not drink or cook with tap water.

Remember to be clean, take out the garbage and not leave food that could attract animals.

We want your stay to be pleasant, remember that you rent an and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or change of towels (basic amenities are offered for your first night), if you have additional or special requests, do not hesitate to ask.

Air conditioning is an included service but we try to be green. Turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open, as it may break.
