This has been insane. We had the owner literally try to gaslight us. The gate wouldn’t let us in nor any of our drivers. When we asked the gate worker why they said the owner hasn’t paid his bills in over a month. We have begged this man for 20 days to pay his bills and he said to us „what you think is happening isn’t reality“ like seriously? So we didn’t get told you can’t pay your bills and our drivers are all lying despite the gate themselves saying that’s what’s happening. He’s made no effort into fixing it.
That’s just the gate issue. When we’re fist came in the dishes had moldy food on them as obviously it had not been cleaned. There was someone’s hair all in the bathroom floor. We had to completely scrub down and clean the place before we could relax.
The Internet went down at one point (we work remotely) and while he said it was the internet company‘s fault you will find a pattern with the owner never taking responsibility for anything. It’s always someone else’s fault.
You have to pay for the cleaning lady/new bedding/towels, it wasn’t much but when she leaves the place dirty still (example: mopping without sweeping so wet hair was everywhere, washing dishes and leaving water in closed containers to mildew, if you look under the counters it looks like it’s never been swept under since they bought the place) it feels like a scam.
We are very clean people but there are cockroaches in the room we keep having to get rid of. TLDR: don’t waste your money
