I will start off my review as it was good. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful and friendly. As for the hotel itself.. it’s advertised as one full resort with 7 bars and many restaurants but it is not. This hotel is connected to the Sens hotel which has more restaurants and bars and a batter pool THEY ARE NOT THE SAME just connected hotels. We tried to get into the bars and restaurants at the sens since this hotel was advertised as all in one but we couldn’t. We really only had one bar that was good but packed all the time. Our room was also within the Sens hotel pretty much so we were pretty far. Hotel is nice, smaller outside than we thought but nice beach and nice bed. Food was pretty good for the most part, pretty much the same stuff everyday. I had a great time nonetheless. Just wanted to write this so people can know this.

Over an hour in check in line, with only 5-6 groups ahead of us. Vents in lobby were dripping condensation on floor making it very slippery. Safe in room was broken. Took 3 times of advising at front desk before someone came. Lights burned out and no exhaust fan in bathroom. Very musty smell throughout the floors and rooms. Long wait for elevator, slow/small elevators. Raccoon in rafters above us in restaurant, servers went from trying to catch raccoon to bringing drinks, without washing hands. Several power outages making wifi not work. Sooooo many lines. We were never able to get a reservation at any of the non-buffet places and any time we wanted to eat it was about 15-30 minute wait in line for buffet. Food wasn't great. Nearly never any place to sit by the pool, majority of people take the loungers out to the beach. Most days staff were still cleaning the pools even when they were supposed to be open. So loud in the evenings. Floor 4, facing the pool area where there is a stage, and it sounded like the bands/performers were directly in our room. Mini fridge supply was never replenished during 7 day stay. The map in the app doesn't show where everything is on the property (only restaurants/bars I believe). So when looking for entertainment spots it wasn't clear where we would find them. There was a Disney-tribute show one night that was fantastic for kids. I also heard the Michael Jackson performance was well done. Staff was very friendly.

They changed the hotel for the sense, it’s in the same location but they have different facilities, we could go everywhere but I think it’s something not expected to receive.

The customer service is terrible. When we arrived, they told us we didn't have a reservation and were trying to kick us out of the hotel without even checking properly. Later, they changed their story and said they had found our names. On top of that, the overall treatment was unpleasant—very poor service.

Reservé y pagué una estancia en el Grand Oasis Palm. Recibí un nivel de reservación inferior (Oasis Palm) por lo que mi habitación no contaba con los equipamientos pagados, no tuve acceso a distintos restaurantes y amenidades pagadas y lo peor de todo es que éramos parte de un grupo familiar (a las otras tres reservas si les dieron el nivel comprado) y el grupo quedó separado, complicando terriblemente la estancia. Contactamos dos veces a las personas del check in, quienes nos dijeron que habíamos contratado nuestra estancia con Expedía.com y que deberíamos realizar nuestra reclamación directamente. En ambos casos perdimos mucho tiempo tratando de solucionar el asunto sin ningún resultado. Ya no insistimos por no perder más tiempo, desperdiciando el tiempo disponible con nuestra reunión familiar. Sinceramente me siento estafado.

Room was nice and clean, “I was disappointed with the dining experience. The food quality was below expectations, and the wait to enter the buffet was about 40 minutes, which was quite inconvenient. I hope the hotel can improve both the food and the organization of the buffet line.”

Wifi is too slow. Food is average. The same food everyday. Restaurant reservation is hard, we go to the same restaurant everyday that does not require booking. We did not fully use the amenities in the hotel because we don’t know. Staff will approach us if they want us to avail additional services. Limited staff knows english, so communicating is kinda hard.

Para lo que pagas está OK, deberían darle mantenimiento a la picina siempre estaba muy fría, y algunos empleados no fueron muy amables (no todos) lo que sí vale la pena es el área del café 10/10

The bathroom had mold,food was horrible. The beach area very dirty,dishes and cups all over. No chairs on the beach,even though we wete thete at 7:30am.. the beach snack area dirty and the beach bar also dirty

Was a nice stay. What pulled down the review. The place lost electricity during the night on our last day. But it was on they day we were leaving so was less bothersome. The two buffets for dinner on the Palm side were pretty bad. Food was never hot. Milk in the one was not even refrigerated. The buffet on the Sens side was good. But you need to have a black premium wristband to eat there. The Ala carte places were very good. Enjoyed the Cocoa and Mika Taco. Very good meals there. Breakfast was good. But once again food was cool to luke warm. The beach was nice however if you didn’t have your chairs reserved with towels by 8 am. They were gone. Definitely do not have enough chairs when capacity is full. But water was warm. Limited sea grass. Pools we did not use as they were cold Drinks were very good. The bars on the sens side were always less busy with minimal lines. Our beach waiter on the Sens side was outstanding. He deserved every tip we gave him. Room as clean. Maybe a bit dated but slept well in the bed and temp was cool. Always well stocked on the room fridge. Staff was nice. Overall for what we paid is was ok. Fix the cold food at buffets and chair availability on the beach and I easily could have gone 4 outta 5. Our MTS was outstanding. The drivers were friendly. Our driver to airport was extremely friendly even singing to us alone the way. And the airport. Impressive how they got people through both incoming and outgoing.

El personal, muy mal encarados, parece que te hacen el favor de atenderte, nunca sonríen, siempre están como enojados, especialmente en restaurantes. En uno de los restaurantes se cayeron platos y ahí se quedaron rotos sin que nadie fuera y limpiará. La habitación muy bien, eso sí. Sin embargo, un día que dejaron la basura del café y no repusieron para poner más y baje a atención a huéspedes y solo tomaron una foto y dijeron que lo iban a reportar para que fueran a limpiar lo cual no ocurrió, así como también solicitamos más toallas y no llegaron nunca

Las albercas no están climatizadas, siempre están vacías por esta razón. Buscarán venderte su memebresía y si no eres categoría "Sens" no te dan espacio para reservar cenas en los restaurantes a la carta (aunque mencionen que si los incluye, te rechazan la solicitud) Las recamaras bien, cómodas y limpias. Su área de kids club muy amplia y bonita

Jamás volvería a quedarme en este lugar y, sinceramente, no lo recomiendo. La oferta de comida es muy limitada y la calidad es pésima. y si quieres algo mínimamente decente, tienes que pagar extra en un hotel que se supone que es “todo incluido”. Con las bebidas pasa exactamente lo mismo. Las filas para entrar al restaurante son larguísimas; muchas veces cierran mientras estás esperando y no te permiten entrar hasta la próxima apertura, ya sea para el almuerzo o la cena. Si no alcanzas a entrar, simplemente te quedas sin comer. Los bares de snacks apenas ofrecen una pizza de muy mala calidad. Tienen pocos empleados y los tratan de una forma inhumana los explotan. En la playa no hay suficientes sillas, así que terminas tirado en la arena. Además, la playa es pequeña y está repleta de niños, lo que hace imposible relajarse. No hay entretenimiento, no hay ambiente, y el servicio en general es pésimo. La ducha huele a agua estancada y las habitaciones son diminutas, nada que ver con las fotos promocionales. Muchas cosas dentro de la habitación ni siquiera funcionan correctamente. En resumen: jamás me volvería a quedar aquí y mucho menos lo recomendaría.
