I am disappointed with my stay. Never going back.The toilet in our room was leaking, the air conditioner was dripping water onto the floor and the door to the balcony was really difficult to open since it had no handle on it. It was really difficult to get seating by the pool and it seemed that they were either overbooked or simply neglected to place more chairs out by the pool to accommodate capacity. The excuse that there is not enough space is not valid as they could easily fit an extra row of chairs along the entire length of the pool. If you wanted to get a chair by the pool you’d have to get there well before 7 am to try and reserve your chair… and even that didn’t always guarantee you a spot. One of the days during our stay, we got to the pool around 8:30am and not a single chair was available. We saw a group of employees with a pile of lounge chairs and asked if they could place two by the pool deck to which they said no because there “was no room”… they told us they would be placing them on the beach. We decided to try sitting by the beach but that same employee ended up kicking us off the chair for an unknown reason and only ended up seating us maybe 20 feet away from our original spot because we kept asking why. Odd. Long lines for food and drinks, bars always backed up. difficult to get new towels. Reservations hard to get in the restaurants. We went in the last week of February, I cannot imagine how much worse this will get during peak spring break season.

Food was horrible and I’m not a picky eater. The steak house and Italian restaurant are by reservation and out of 6 days we could only get in to the steak house once. Staff at check in and concierge were rude and acted like they really didn’t like Americans. It makes a real difference if you have a pyramid bracelet or an oasis bracelet. If you had the oasis bracelet there was a lot you couldn’t do or get in to. Tried to upgrade base on what the app said and they told us no. We will never be back.

Todo muy bien, desde la habitación, el personal siempre amable y al pendiente de cualquier situación, la comida buena y variada, un solo detalle a considerar, como íbamos con una persona con movilidad reducida (silla de ruedas), en un solo restaurante se complicaba porque no tenía rampa de acceso, pero en general muy bien.

Our room was clean even though a bit dated. They provided housekeeping daily and restocked everything which was nice. Overall the staff was cery nice and helpful. We did find it a bit difficult to get oriented with the resort due to the size, but this also afforded a very nice selection of restaurants and pools. We would caution against the "leisure club" sales pitch, seems to be a staple here.

Room we’re really old . No one to show us the way to the rooms. Drinks we bad if you had a blue band . Half the resort was cut offf due to having a blue band. No music. Not enough chairs a lot of us had to sit on the ground just not good all around

A pesar de las malas reseñas me atrevo a decir que sin duda un gran lugar por el precio del hospedaje , si es verdad que se requiere manillas más exclusivas para entrar a ciertos restaurantes o fiestas pero el todo incluido normal basta y sobra muy buena atención y sobre todo si lo tuyo es la fiesta vas a tener desde las 2 de la tarde hasta las 12 , sin duda me volvería a hospedar

The room was full of mold and I have pictures. I want a refund. The mold was everywhere and the room smelled like Meldew and wet. When I ask about changing the room they said there was nothing they could till I had put on a complaint and Expedia reach out to them and they sent someone to insopext they tried to take the moldy mat without me know and promise to change my room in 20 minutes. They never did. I end my trip early because I was getting sick sraying in that room. If this ant be resolve I am going to have to go the legal route. I do not want vouchers or credit. I didn’t use vouchers or credit to pay you. I expect a full refund. I will be reaching out to the attorney general and BBB as well to show them the pictures and how may complaints I have put in and yet no one has reached out. This was the worst stay ever. I have been to Mexico plenty of times and I always had a good time. This was the worst trip ever. I will not ever use Expedia again cause the treat your different and I will not be going g back to Mexico. This left a bad taste in my mouth

The person that checked us in was extremely slow and explained nothing to us about the resort and how things worked. The resort is very old and in need of much work. They have multiple pools but not enough chairs or loungers for the guest and the allow people to put towels out to save chairs. They advertise 10 restraints but there actually about 5 restaurants 2 of which require reservations and when we tried to make one they were booked out 2 days past our check out date 1 that would cut of wait list 2 hours after opening in order to serve everyone and close on time, and the other 2 were below average buffets with some foods being cold or barely warm and and the rest were food stands. They didn’t clean our room one day or leave towels. We asked for towels at 2:30 and had to request multiple more times and finally got towels at 9:45PM. The refrigerator in our room didn’t work. They don’t have enough staff to man all the areas so service is definitely lacking. This vacation was a hot mess and I would never recommend this resort !

The hotel was over booked and had to go to another hotel. The communication was terrible being sent to different places within the hotel wasted an entire day of my vacation because of this mis communication and not being informed that they over booked the hotel

Where do we begin? Check in took over 1 hour, we had 2 adults and 2 teens and they gave us a room with 1 King bed. Wouldn't give us a double as they had already Overbooked the resort. They had no response when I asked how are we suppose to sleep 4 people in 1 bed? King or not? They just kept saying we understand. Offered us a portable single bed for the room, which the room was already tiny and the extra bed in there made it so there was no room. We paid extra for a Grand Ocean View, which ended up being a view from about 200 yards away from the ocean, over looking trees and starting right into another building. They refused to offer us anything for that error, because THEY overbooked the resort. We were unable to make reservations at any restaurants due to them being full/overbooked. The entire 5 day stay we were not able to book the steak house as it was already booked in advance. Many of the bartenders refused to make blended drinks or even a mojito! They didn't have mango, which is a staple at a resort like this. The buffets are small with very limited options. House keeping wouldn't clean room until after 4pm, but we had to shower and change to get in line for a restaurant by 5pm or you wouldn't get anything to eat other then buffet. Even the buffet had a wait if it was after 7pm. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Its far too big and they don't give a crap about their guests once they have your money. They refused to refund us any part of it.

Your resort was severely understaffed. The lines to do everything is ridiculous for a full service all inclusive resort. We couldn’t book any of the dinners at any other restaurants. The bartenders were rude. So the only thing going nice for that hotel is the view.

This resorts classification as all-inclusive should be revoked. I never heard the word no more from Service people on a vacation ever in my life. Our bracelets weren’t good at most places, anything that was supposed to come with the price was all booked up, no chairs ever outside available. The staff always looked miserable probably because their tips suffered from having to tell their guests no all the time. Elevators didn’t work power went out for full day. The bar had nothing but subpar liquor. The only time we felt like we were in an inclusive resort was when we paid extra to be in one of the closed off sections. We heard all around us complaints from customers on the beach in the pool in the restaurant all over the resort…. So we were not the only ones noticing how unwelcoming this place was. I will never return there and I’ll be sure to tell everybody I know to skip this place.

The entire resort felt neglected/run down. Its like they stopped carrying.Very basic decor - we didn't even have seating in our room other than metal patio furniture (that left the tile dotted with rust).Balcony furniture was dirty plastic $10 chairs.Not welcoming.No drawers for storage in our room.Literally had an open closet with a rod/shelf+open table beneath TV.So, pile your underwear on the table it was!No storage in bathroom-just leave everything out on the counter.Bathroom design was weird and prevented our door from opening fully.Awkward.No fan for steam. Shower leaked. When checking in, was told we couldn't have the king room we booked, but would be getting 2doubles.it was valentine's weekend!They weren't very helpful; seemed annoyed and just told us we were lucky to even have this room because they were completely booked (1,200+ rooms).We finally convinced them to "check with a manager" and ultimately got our king, but took a while and wasn't a good first impression. Too many spring breakers that were everywhere.Clogged up lines at the bars.Had to wait 20+ minutes each time at the bar.No bars to sit at and socialize-just wait in line and walk back to your seat elsewhere to drink.Only one bartender working at poolside bars. Annoying.Killed the vibe.cheap alcohol. Kids just kept pounding shots and getting increasingly more annoying/loud and they were entitled/not kind to employees. Food wasn't great. The food was mediocre at best. Not much variety, usually the same food everyday at the buffets and many of the a la carte restaurants cost extra. So not truely all-inclusive. The room was dated but I could live with that. BUT THEN I found a cockroach in our room! Yuck! Staff weren't terrible but most of them seemed like they didn't want to be there and so not really a friendly vibe. Needless to say we won't be going back or recommending this place. Honestly the only reason we went here was because it was part of a group trip and was the only thing available last minute.
