«The check in process was smooth, quiet neighborhood. Floor had footprints as we came in, was very greasy and dirty. Entire place had a very rancid smell or urine or decaying animals. Appliances and bathroom was clean. On the second day we had to leave early due to maggots being everywhere on the floor, even though we had throughly taken care of our trash. Would not recommend unless the owner cleans up the place and addresses the smell.»

«Well kept, beautiful gated community with pools everywhere. Beautiful grounds. Perfectly updated room with an outdoor patio. The mountains are right in front of you as you drink your coffee in the morning. Great tub. Place like this are way you should never pay for a hotel room in Palm Springs or Indio.
