«We have stayed here 3 times...it's right around the corner from the historic Mission Inn. We go for the holiday fun and festival of lights at the Inn, but the rooms there are dark and small, and expensive. The Hyatt rooms are large, comfy and the beds are great. Only complaint is street noise; if you can, book a room away from the street, as the windows let a lot of noise into the room.»

«The service from the staff was not great. Upon arrival we were given a room, but it was already occupied, and we had to go downstairs and get a new room. The person in the room was shcocked, and the staff handled it in an ok way but not with the appropriate apologies. Second, the breakfast was very poor and closed already at 9. We were in the middle of eating at the time, and the staff just cleaned off everything, putting up chairs etc, while we were eating. Very rude? The place was otherwise ...
