«The place was perfect. Great location, quiet and central at the same time. Perfect second bedroom with two beds for the full sized kids and full kitchen and two baths. Sam was great and made sure we had everything we needed and more! Gave us some great recommendations. In between two tube stops / we usually took the Notting Hill Gate station and on our 15 min walk back stopped for super gelato. Had our last dinner at the pub/restaurant one block away - Prince Bonaparte- it was a lovely meal. ...

«Good things - early check in and clean and tidy. But it’s a 13-14 mins walk atleast from tube station which is difficult with luggage as well and there’s no facility to store luggage and so after check out, you’d need to find somewhere else to store luggage if you don’t want to be dragging it along with you. The streets were dirty and not somewhere I’d feel safe walking alone at night but thats me, a non Londoner I guess. The toilet was very small and we could barely close the door. Bedroom ...

«Arrived 5 pm on a dark rainy evening with my two young teenage boys to find none of the beds were made up when I questioned the agent City Relay they informed me there was a pest issue and relocated us to a far inferior property and stated their policy is not to refund their clients with the difference between the superior and inferior property.
