«I feel that the pictures portrayed the property incorrectly. It made the rooms look larger and brighter, when in reality it was dark and dingy. One of the people in our property had to defrost the freezer cause it was interfering in the fridge cooking and we couldn't fit anything in the freezer. «Booked to stay for concert at Wembley on arrival we found cockroach infestation, someone else’s food in fridge/freezer, damp, mould, unsafe electrical socket, hole in floor covered by loose carpet, stained walls and a general feeling of uncleanliness. Described as having free parking, luckily we decided to use train instead as wouldn’t have been able to park, the rear garden was unkept. «Plenty of room for the 6 of us that stayed. Plenty of food options within walking distance and a convenience store right across the street. With the bus stop across the street and the train a 5 minute walk there wasn’t anywhere we couldn’t get to in the city. Gooroo was a pleasure to deal with and was very responsive. Would 100% stay here again.»
