First of all I want to say I don’t mean this in a malicious way at all. This is purely for everyone to know about so that something can be done about it. First of all, the temperature of the room was hot all the time which I can imagine was because we were right next to the swimming pool. We were given a fan and some of the windows did open so it did help. But if we didn’t have that it would’ve been unbearable. Secondly, the bathroom had a strong smell of feces all the time which got worse when the shower was used. Also the blinds in the bathroom had suspicious holes in places where you’d feel most exposed I.e. the shower and sitting down on the toilet which didn’t feel very comfortable as someone could easily look in. I was travelling with a group of friends and the friends who slept on the double bed decided not to sleep there because there was black hairs and small faint stains on the bed so they used the pull out sofa bed instead and slept on TOWELS. The WiFi wasn’t connected to the TVs so we couldn’t use the streaming services. We asked reception about it and they said it should’ve connected automatically but it didn’t. With that being said, the room was very spacious, the staff were very welcoming and let us leave our bags in reception whilst we explored Blackpool which was good. The games room and bar looked good and it was in a great location! I believe once the things I’ve mentioned have been sorted, it has potential to be a great hotel! Thank you.

Not the best . Needs updating. Just a cheap rail no wardrobe or drawers could fit small wardrobe with drawers in. No shelf in bathroom so nowhere to put stuff . No bedside cabinet. No glasses provided for water . Only half a toilet roll left so had to ask for some very cheap. Not the cleanest. Double bed was 2 singles joined . Lift Not great as wouldn't work if doors had been left open . Maybe needs an upgrade. Whole place very tired looking. Big bug bare says they have a pool which is only small what they neglect to tell you when booking is that you have to pay £5 per person every time you use it. Outrageous

The hotel is very run down, needs a great deal of maintenance. The room its self was very dirty, the window was broken and had brown stains on it. The window sill had cigarette ash all over it and there was someone's dirty toe nail on the room floor. Paid £173 for 2 nights, absolute robbery 😡

we had a great time here over the weekend, the room was good bathroom was good staff were so polite and helpful! the only thing I will say is the pool water could do with regular cleaning as we have got a little bug due to it but nothing major. We will definitely be back!

The rooms they advertise on their website is not what is on the ground.The shower cubicle was very small that one cannot bend while having a shower too small space.The toilet as well.No bedside tables, no wardrobe.The room itself is like a lodging.No wifi staff kept giving excuses about it being weak.Our room was not cleaned they whole of our stay period. Breakfast was good.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble! The room was satisfactory for myself, daughter and 2 granddaughters-not fancy but comfortable - and we had a sea view, which was great 😊 The shower was nice and hot and was fine for us. We loved having the pool available to book for just us… definite bonus! The breakfast was good and plentiful. Oh, and the hotel is right near the beach and North Pier! Will definitely go back! Thank you!

Ich habe das Hotel für das Rebellion-Wochenende gebucht. Die Nähe zur Innenstadt ist gut, wenn man aus dem Hotel tritt ist man direkt am Meer, das Personal ist freundlich und das Frühstück in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist mäßig, aber das Bett war sauber. Ich denke, für Blackpool ist das Hotel durchaus OK und wenn man wegen Punk-Rock hinfährt und nicht für ein romantisches Wochenende, kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Ich habe es für nächstes Jahr auch wieder gebucht.

Do not stay here, the carpets don’t get vacuumed, and the windows have black mould around and really bad condensation, the tv wires are exposed and not good as I had an additional needs child who don’t understand danger, my room door was coming off the hinges, the bathroom door is not level, there’s mould in bathroom. Literally everything was dirty and was nothing to what the pictures showed under the beds don’t get vacuumed so much dirt was under there. Only clean thing was the shower curtain and kettle. not pram or wheelchair friendly. The toilet is leaking. We told the staff and no one helped us and felt they were rude

Hotel was ok, you got what you paid for. Disappointed you had to pay for the pool and the car parking. You pay enough for the holiday itself without having to pay for extras. Also had to pay separate for breakfast, but it did set you up for the day. Staff were very helpful in getting you what you wanted and we're always polite.

Stayed in a twin room, bathroom was small and no lock on door, only ball latch outward so if you're getting dried or dressed and accidentally knock the door it'll open up into the room. Also shelf above the sink was slanted so anything put on it fell into the sink (spirit level needed). TV was missing remote and had to request from reception, though for the most part this was useless as the TV didn't seem to be attached to the aerial until the last day when I fully opened the curtains and discovered the aerial cord wasn't seated in the plug by the window behind the curtains. Curtains dragged on the floor and there were paper wristbands from previous occupants that hadn't been cleaned. There was also some debris between the two beds from previous occupants that hadn't been cleaned. There were concerning droplets on the glass of the hung painting and the mugs for tea & coffee were dirty on at least the outside so these weren't used, also carpets were not completely clean so don't go barefoot, bring slippers. Some lifts completely out of commission, breakfast was passable but not of a high quality with Hash Browns being great one day (McCain's) and awful the next day. A lot of work needed but the staff are working with what they have and are pleasant to interact with. Despite the pleasant and helpful staff, we won't be staying here again.

Hotel not great, not clean, carpets dirty going to room, and smelt awful, went in room and just didn’t look like it had been cleaned for months, floor, stool, radiator, everything was dirty, we left to go out, and felt like we needed a shower again just from being in the room 15 mins, couldn’t stop there, hubby went back got our bag and checked out, never again do not stop here, the price is scandalous for the place.

Great value, Decent breakfast. Excellent staff. My only criticism would be lack of plug sockets but we took a 4 way extension lead. So wasn't a problem for us.

The room has crisps on the floor and an old sock in the wardrobe. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. Everything was grimey and covered in dirt and dust. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The saving grace was the woman at the front desk who was lovely. The bed sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. There were bar flies all over the bar. The breakfast was pretty grim also. Again the staff were nice and helpful but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
